Caroline Mbali-entle Satsha
Caroline Mbali-entle Satsha has extensive experience across the public and private sectors in Talent Management, Skills Development, and B-BBEE governance. She has completed the Global Executive Management Programme (GIBS) and holds a BA (Education), Higher Diploma in HRM, and a Management Development Programme (MDP) in B-BBEE.
Her career began during the formation of the SETA landscape, where she mastered the strategic use of Skills Development funding. She specialises in aligning client spend to national skills priorities, ensuring compliance while avoiding wastage and maximising impact. She currently serves as a compliance and governance specialist for an accredited training academy within a JSE-listed company.
Ntuthuzelo Satsha
Ntuthuzelo Satsha brings experience across the private sector, NGO environment, and academia. His qualifications include a BA Degree, Diplomas in Marketing Management, Marketing Research, and Advertising, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He has also completed the B-BBEE MDP Programme through Wits University’s Professional Development Hub.
Previously a B-BBEE Analyst at a Verification Agency, Ntuthuzelo conducted audits across diverse industries. His hands-on experience enables him to translate complex B-BBEE requirements into clear, strategic interventions that deliver measurable points on the B-BBEE scorecard.
