Caroline Mbali-entle Satsha has recently completed the Global Executive Management Programme with Gibs. Working in Training and Development at the time of the advent of the current Skills Development dispensation and the formulation of the SETA’s as we have them today, she was to leverage available resources from SETA’s to hone her skills and master the entire Talent Management spectrum. She has made it her business to guide Skills Development client spend to avoid unnecessary wastages and excesses, but to harmonize client objectives and compliance to the National Skills Development Pronouncements and train for impact.
Mbali-entle holds a BA(Ed) degree, Higher diploma in HRM and a Management Development Programme (MDP) in B-BBEE. Her career spans both private and public sectors and she is currently a compliance and governance specialist of an accredited training academy of a large company listed at the JSE.
Ntuthuzelo Satsha
Director
Ntuthuzelo Satsha’s work experience spans the Private Sector, NGO Sectors and the field of Academia. His Academic credentials include a BA degree, Diplomas in Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Advertising and a Post-graduate diploma in Management and has recently completed the B-BBEE MDP Programme with Wits University’s Professional Development Hub.
He worked for a B-BBEE Verification Agency where he carved his niche as a B-BBEE Analyst, conducting audits with various companies of different sizes and industries. Enabled by that coalface experience, he came into grips with intricacies of auditing in the B-BBEE space. His consulting experience has fully equipped him with skills to leverage, streamline and translate B-BBEE initiatives of client companies into strategic interventions, yielding points on the BEE rating scale.
